Project 366 - Week 36

This week marked the end of the summer holiday for us, and the start of a new routine.  To mark the end of our holidays we went for a special day out on Saturday to Whitehouse Farm, near Morpeth.  Sam started school this week, but along with that we also had a few interesting visits from family, and made a few new purchases.

295/366  - Lots of fun was had at the farm!

Sam riding a tractor

Can you guess who won this race?

A fantastic Birds of Prey Display, the guy really got the kids involved,  This is Florence, an Eagle Owl!

296/366 - My end of the day treat - Miranda! :)

297/366 - How cute is my baby!!?!

298/366 - Sadly, after 9 years of hard service our vacuum died, and today our new little friend came to live with us. I can't last long without a vacuum, so was so pleased that it came quickly!

299/366 - A post-school treat! :)

300/366 - Look what I found in a skip!!  A blog post will follow soon, but can you believe what treasure some people throw out!

301/366 - Before school, my cousin (the boys' uncle) came for a visit, Sam really wanted to show him his new guitar.  He tuned it up for us, and they had a mini jamming session whilst Sam sang some Rock and Roll.  The boys adore their uncle.

That was our lovely week, hope you all had a good one too.
